Estimating the Required Number of C&U Data Collector Workers

One of the less obvious features of ManageIQ is that it sometimes needs tuning and scaling to meet the needs of the various sizes of infrastructure or cloud that it is to manage. This is particularly important when accurate performance metrics are required, for example when alerting or chargeback are being used, as the Capacity & Utilization workers are among the most resource intensive.
