Openstack integration problem - [Bunny::ResourceLocked]: RESOURCE_LOCKED

Since we’ve set Openstack provider on hammer-4, we are getting RESOURCE_LOCKED errors in evm.log. Even after appliance restart.
Could it be a configuration issue on openstack side? Did anyone experience this?
