Adding Amazon EC2 provider missing Credentials?

I have an amazon instance running the development environment of MIQ. It is using the latest repo code (master branch) as of July 14,2015. The Add cloud provider for AWS EC2 is not displaying any entry boxes for the credentials.

Any ideas?

Hi Eduardo,

Issue is noted here https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/issues/3416 and a PR with a fix is pending here https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/issues/3440. This should be verified soon and merged into master.
