Amazon Public AMI Filter

Maybe it would be a good idea to implement/enable an Amazon Public AMI filter.

This could live in the configuration file (/var/www/miq/vmdb/config/vmdb.yml). Users could specify specific AMIs, AMI name matches (e.g., “ami123*”), or even have other ways to specify the names of Public AMIs.

This would allow a user to import some public AMIs but not import all public AMIs.

Thoughts?

I like it. Let’s consider for future sprints…can you make an RFE issue and put it in the Roadmap milestone?
