Cloudforms with Openshift provider: some metrics are unreachable

Hello,

We are currently encountering an issue about metrics access for any Openshift project on Cloudforms GUI.
If we go through GUI on an Openshift project, then on Capacity & Utilization tab, and we choose hourly interval,
certain dates are currently not reachable, and we have the following error page :

This error does appears on multiple projects for different dates.

Is there any solution to access these metrics board ? Also, where can we found the concerned metrics into VMDB database for a particular Openshift project ?
