In Automate Explorer I cannot copy from method code (“Data”) unless I edit the method. This is uncomfortable to use.
Also, if I want to copy from a locked domain, I have to copy the method so that I can edit it (and enable copying).

It’s something a lot of people have noted. What version are you on? It’s been fixed in the later ones.
fine-4.20180112125734_a5e507b and (CF) 5.8.2.3.20171016155816_aaec796) - both are affected.
Glad it’s been fixed already.

CF 5.9+ has the fix for all our copypasta needs.
