Error text:

Couldn’t find MiqReportResult with ‘id’=1000000005475 [WHERE (“miq_report_results”.“miq_group_id” IS NOT NULL)] [report/send_report_data]

Can someone confiirm this bug? I have no news from redhat support.

No one has this problem?

Have you applied all the updates of CF 4.2 ?

at the date of my first message, yes.

I can confirm this is a bug… Information can be found here… : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1471014#attach_1298219.
I also get this message when attempting to generate reports. Looks like its time for me to go back to botvinnik!

Just an FYI I have managed to fix this on my fine-3 instance after following the developer notes on the bug located in my response above. This guy apparently cherry picked some code from EUWE release and put it into the report_downloads.rb and fixed the reporting issue. (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1481743)… What I did was make a backup of my report_downloads.rb and then I deleted everything within the file and replaced the contents with what is on this link here (https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/blob/024c1b49e851ac947cc1bf6c864a952c74504d6c/app/controllers/application_controller/report_downloads.rb) and then rebooted the appliance after … The path to the file on my instance was /opt/rubies/ruby-2.3.1/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0/bundler/gems/manageiq-ui-classic-10ea79fa2e31/app/controllers/application_controller/report_downloads.rb

Hope this helps,

redhat/Miq have made a hotfix. i applied it on my lab and it works fine.

cfme- (43.6 MB)
SHA-256 : b21af109c8cbbd93cb3fcd5af46d514828b05043b6fd8c4b62996195273cba5e
5.7.3 hotfix

Nice, Where did you find this hotfix? I was just doing git pulls every morning hoping that it would be fixed through there but to no avail.

redhat support gave me the rpm in my opened case issue, i don’t know if it is available for anyone.

Ah, I see. That would not have worked for me since I don’t have a red hat sub  but good to know.
