How to make "Set Retirement Date" requires approval before it take affect

hi All,

I’m newbie for ManageIQ, currently installing ManageIQ in my company lab for user self service create their own VM in VMware environment, I managed to force new VM to be retired in next 3 months since created, but I noticed if user able to delete the retirement date and make their vm “never” retired, is there any way to make “Set Retirement Date” need approval before it take affect?

hi All,

i found temporary workaround for my objective, by remove the menu “Set Retirement Date” from user interface by edit the RBAC as picture below, appreciated if non auto-approve can be implemented.
