We are using the following Manageiq appliance version:
hammer-7.20190607152746_a1390ec
We have a physical provider configured for our VMware, however it displays our Windows Server 2016 guests as being Windows Server 2012. Any idea how we resolve this?

The guest operating system type will show the type defined in vCenter for the VM container (such as “Microsoft Windows Server 2016 (64-bit)”) unless a SmartState Analysis has been run on the VM, in which case it’ll show the actual OS name (e.g. " Windows Server 2016 Standard").
It may be that your VM container type is incorrectly defined, you should be able to check this in the vSphere console.
