What’s the latest and stable version of ManageIQ? Where can we download the appliance from?

Is Darga5 is stable? Where can I download it from? Are there any steps available to upgrade from Darga-3 to Darga-5?

Why ManageIQ is releasing Euwe and Darga both versions in parallel? Which one to opt for a standard enterprise level?
