ManageIQ ansible roles

Hi all,

The ansible roles written by @syncrou have officially been transferred from his personal accounts to the ManageIQ github and galaxy orgs.

The new locations are:

• manageiq_automate
  • manageiq.manageiq_automate on galaxy
  • https://github.com/ManageIQ/ansible-manageiq-automate
• manageiq_vmdb
  • manageiq.manageiq_vmdb on galaxy
  • https://github.com/ManageIQ/ansible-manageiq-vmdb

that’s good to hear. Currently there are some ansible modules in the community.general collection. Collection link

Are there any plans to put the manageiq ansible stuff into a separate collection? I think that those roles could be put there as well.

@phospi Thanks for the link. I was aware of those ansible modules in the core collection existing, but hadn’t had a chance to deal with them yet. I believe one of the provider teams contributed those to ansible. We’ll have to find a way to organize those into a manageiq community collection.
