ManageIQ / Cloudforms as a Monitoring Solution

Hi,

Do people consider use of ManageIQ to be good as “full” monitoring solution ? i.e. Resource Usage, Connectivity probes from nodes to external services etc. ?

Interested to hear thoughts.
