No cloud providers support creating cloud networks

it seems that you are using AWS and this provider currently does not support network manager in contrast to some other providers.

I see the same thing for Azure provider.
Do you know which providers do support creating new networks, subnets etc?
Or is it only for Openstack provider?

according to some documentation and support matrix available here it seems that currently most public providers are more focused on inventory and read-only approach. The so called CRUD (Create/Update/Delete) operations not available for all providers.
