After scanning of vms in our Azure Environment. we can make parent and child relation for scanned vms.But how the data base (vmdb_production) is designed to make the parent child relation .please help me to figure it out .

Can you explain why VMs have parent/child relationships?
I don’t think VMs can have other VMs as their parent
Apparently VMs can have Parant/Child relations, never mind
In this case, I did not understand the question.
If you wonder about the implementation, you can have a look at the VM in rails console or i the database
