RabbitMQ high-availability queues for some providers (openstack, vcloud director)

Hi Guys.
I want to know how can I configure RabbitMQ cluster to work with ManageIQ. For providers such as OpenStack, I can set up queues in high-availability mode. This attribute (ha) of the queue. Will Event Catcher work in Automation Engine if I set up a policy for all queues ?

And another My question about it:

Hi Guys! Currently for OpenStack provider I can specify only one address of rabbitmq cluster. But for oslo messaging (in openstack ifra hosts configs) I can add all nodes for HA: rabbit_hosts = 172.30.75.29:5673, 172.30.75.27:5673, 172.30.75.28:5673 Is there any way to add multiple addresses for AMPQ connection for OpenStack provider ?
