Redirect url after login self service UI

I see manageiq supports url redirect in admin UI after login. Does it support in self service UI?

When we provision a service/vm, the user will receive an email including a url like https://myweb.com/ui/service/services/2000000000001 . The ui shows default dashboard after user login, not service web page as expected.

If yah open the link in the same tab the user has already logged into, redirect works just fine, if its a new tab, yeah login will have to happen again.
