Reports not being emailed


I’m having an issue in that when I schedule a report and request that it is emailed it is not being emailed as I requested.

I have tried various settings in the ‘Outgoing SMTP E-mail Server’ section of the Configuration area (including localhost etc) but they don’t seem to be sending. I receive the test email confirming my settings are correct but don’t get any completed report emails at all.

Am I missing something?

Actually it appears I’m not getting an emails with my configured email settings. I have tried a number of different configurations but to no avail.

Did you enable the “Notifier” role on your appliance? It is required to execute this kind of actions.

Ah so it was me being stupid! Thanks, I have enabled notifier and the emails are now coming through!
