SmartState Analysis - UTF-8 error

Hello,

I’ve been trying to use ManageIQ for a while and I’ve had problems with SmartState Analysis with vmware.
When discovering French Windows 2008R2, the analysis returns the following:

Sending scan summary to server. invalid byte sequence in UTF-8 for VM:[[ESX_VM] SRV-XX/SRV-XX.vmx

I’ve tested an english Windows 2003 R2 and it works fine. I don’t have this issue while analysing either ManageIQ ova or vCenter Appliance.

We may need some additional logs to get it figured out.
