Using gaprindashvili-5 version, error "Multiple relationships found"

Hi,

I am using gaprindashvili-5.20180830092341_55bf4ee version with provider Vmware Vcenter 6.5.

  1. Symptom:
    Not able to view Virtual Machines in Compute/Infrastructure/Virtual Machines

  2. Error:

  1. Noticed error in /var/www/miq/vmdb/log/evm.log

  1. Removed the VMware Vcenter from provider, then I can able to view the VM’s in Compute/Infrastructure/Virtual Machines. Found some of the VM’s and templates are showing multiple times (eg. 2 or more time). But in Vcenter we have only 1 for each hostname.

Anyone experienced this issue ?

  • How many providers do you have?
  • Did you use that provider in the past? (Maybe it was not removed cleanly)
  • Have you tried listing the available providers in rails console?
  • Can you provide more of the log file? Is there anything in the other log-files?

    Only 1 provider
  • Did you use that provider in the past? (Maybe it was not removed cleanly)
    Its newly downloaded ova and added the provider first time with this MIQ gaprindashvili5 version.
    Currently I am using Euwe1.2 version. Planing to migrate to latest version.
  • Have you tried listing the available providers in rails console?
    Using only 1 provider
  • Can you provide more of the log file? Is there anything in the other log-files?
    Can you help to specific, right now I am referring the /var/www/miq/vmdb/log/evm.log
