Hi,

i have a another probleme with SSA.

ERROR – : MIQ(ManageIQ::Providers::Vmware::InfraManager::Vm#scan_via_miq_vm) ScanMetadata error status:[8]: message:[incompatible encoding regexp match (UTF-8 regexp with ASCII-8BIT string)]

in my ssa profile i have juste 1 files /etc/hosts, but i don’t understant this probleme.

It’s Ok for the services.

It’s a problem with ext4 ? it’s ok for centos and rhel, and not on ubuntu a debian

So the vm you scanned is ubuntu, right? It has been fixed in the latest CloudForm 4.1. Can you try with it?

yes the vm is on Ubuntu, draga-3 it’s same version cloudform 4.1 ?
