VM Provisioning validation failed

Hi,

I got a problem on my cloudforms appliance, I’m running the latest version (5.7.2.1).
When I tried to provision a vm I got the message below:
Error: Validation failed: Status is not included in the list

I don’t have anything related in automation.log, but in evm.log I have that:

I know this is on cloudforms, but perhaps someone has already encounter the smae on manageiq.

Nobody got this error? I’m experimenting this one on all our platforms and the only workaround found at this time is to remove and recreate Catalog Item.
