VMWare EventCatcher issue with capablanca-1

It seems that the VMWare EventCatcher is having issues and restarting constantly. Is there something I need to configure with vCenter to allow it access to the VMWare message bus?

@Joe_Vlcek, this looks a bit like the event catcher issue you diagnosed in Capablanca.

I think this was it: https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/pull/5415

Does that look right?

@blomquisg, There was a follow on PR, from Federico Simoncelli, that plugged a timing issue that seems to have not made it into Capablanca.

This PR should resolve the issue.

Great, cherry-picking that commit and restarting EVM seems to have solved it! Would this be rolled into capablanca-2?

Thanks for pulling that patch down, and very glad it helped!

The plans are not finalized yet for the next Capablanca release. But, we do have that in the works.
